Gallery Fineart is proud to present the collaboration exhibition “Selv om du står stille har du lov” It is said that opposites attract each other. On that note, Sverre Bjertnes and Bjarne Melgaard make up the perfect pair in which Bjertne’s mastered and refined form of expression complements Melgaard’s violent expressiveness and vice versa.

Together, they have created an exciting and dynamic silkscreen exhibition where one can truly see the ability to make two expressions into one. The craftsmanship stands out as the two artists once again have worked on the same work.

The exhibition contains an exclusive number of new silkscreens printed on hand-painted paper, signed and number in a limited edition, as well as hand-drawn and painted works. We are looking forward to joining a distinctive cooperative universe between two of contemporary art’s most celebrated artists.
